This patient came to our office because she didn’t like the spacing of her front teeth, with which she had lived since her teenage years (she is now in her 30’s). Her front teeth were very short and the excess spacing highlighted the shortness even more. This type of smile can make a 30 year old patient look more like a teenager, presenting an almost too-youthful smile.

We planned to do four porcelain veneers, made by Rego Smiles dental lab in California, one of the top labs in the country. In order to get the most esthetic result we did a small gum and bone surgery called esthetic crown lengthening on three of her front teeth. This crown lengthening procedure allows the patient to achieve high esthetics with the gum architecture.

After cementing the veneers the patient was very happy, as were we; the case turned out beautifully. Take a look at the before and after photos.
