When you walk into our office, right way you’ll feel that our practice is built on long-term relationships. We truly love and appreciate the friendships we develop with our patients as they become part of the Taylor Dental family. As many dental offices are morphing into large dental centers and clinics, we maintain the “at home” and personal atmosphere we believe is vital for patients to make pressure-free and informed decisions that will help them achieve optimal health and aesthetics.

Michelle Ross- Front Office/Schedule Coordinator

Michelle is one of our front office team members and is most likely the first friendly face you will see when you visit us. She has devote many years to the dental field, including over 15 years at our office. She excels in communication and has an intuitive response to people that enriches her relationships with patients, family, and friends. Michelle enhances the practice with her genuine loyalty, her amazing ability to key in on the details, and her enthusiasm for excellence.

Personal Life
When not busy working, Michelle enjoys spending time with family, readying, and walking her dog.


Lori Dick- Dental Assistant

Lori is our outstanding Dental Assistant with almost 15 years of being a part of our practice. She is knowledgeable, conscientious, and highly-skilled in communicating to you about your dental and overall health. Lori can make conservative and accurate recommendations regarding your future dental health and esthetics. Lori is enthusiastic about Dr. Taylor’s Smile Makeovers and would love to show you how to enhance your appearance with a new smile. Lori has an ability to see the Big Picture while dealing with all of the details it takes to get there.
Lori is fabulous with the team members and keeps us on track and on task. Being a natural leader and planner, Lori is also able to keep us accountable for the goals we have set. We appreciate all she does for the team and patients without being asked.

Personal Life
Lori and her husband Bruce have been married for over 25 years and have four children. They keep the calendar very busy with football, basketball and baseball. When she has some free time, it is spent planning and cooking special events for their family and friends, and when the busy schedule allows, Lori loves getting her hands dirty in small gardening projects.


Mandy Hadfield- Dental Assistant

Mandy is the newest addition to our team at Taylor Dentistry. She is an exceptional dental assistant with over five years of chairside experience. She is currently furthering her education through the Dental Assisting National Board for Radiation Health and Safety. Mandy is enjoying her new position assisting with our patient care. She is very passionate about her work and the satisfaction of every person that enters our office. Her outgoing, bubbly personality will surely make your visit more comfortable and easy going.

Personal Life
Mandy recently relocated to Billings with her two children. Her 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter keep her schedule busy out side the office. She enjoys their participation in flag football, cub scouts, T-ball and love to take the family on new adventures.


Debbi Werholz – Financial Coordinator

Debbie has been an integral part of our team for over 29 years. She has functioned as a dental assistant, appointment scheduler, and new patient coordinator. Her favorite part of the career is her genuine love for the patients and the relationships she has built with them throughout the years of caring for their health. Her devotion to Dr. Taylor and the patients is evident in her longevity of employment.

Personal Life
Debbie is equally dedicated to her family. She and her husband Randy have been together for 45 years. Debbie and Randy have 2 wonderful children and 3 incredible grandsons, ages 21, 14, 12, that they love spending time with. The couple shares the love of the outdoors with gardening, camping, and raising the newest member of the family, Angus. The Black Lab is now 5 years old and their biggest challenge in quite awhile. Long walks and training sessions keep him happy and Debbie centered.

With her family in mind, she has decided to semi-retire. She will continue to be part of our team one day per week. She plans to fill her time away with watercolor painting, pond club, gardening and golf.


Lexie Mawyer RDH- Dental Hygienist

Lexie has always been interested in the health care profession and dentistry. When she was young, she admired her dental hygienist who later encouraged her to pursue hygiene school. She finds continual learning to be helpful to better herself as a hygienist. She is open-minded and modest when it comes to learning knew aspects of Dentistry.

Lexie graduated from the Sheridan College Dental Hygiene program in 2013 at the top of her class. She received a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming. Lexie is certified to deliver local anesthetics and wishes to make every nonsurgical therapy treatment as pain free as possible. She has been described as having a gentle touch, but is very thorough.

In the dental practice, Lexie finds it most rewarding to build personal relationships with her patients and has a way of making them feel like family. She values working as a team to help educate patients to their optimum health. She is passionate about explaining to her patients their oral health condition and does so in a way that is easy to understand. She takes the time to take intra oral photos to show patients their own mouths so that they can see for themselves and fully understand their current dental condition.

Personal Life
As family is one of the most important aspects of Lexie’s life, it is natural for her to care so easily for her patients. Lexie is newly married to her husband Bryant and the couple enjoys spending time outdoors–fishing, camping, and hiking. She cherishes the time with her family and friends. She has a love for photography and is constantly taking pictures. Lexie and Bryant enjoy doing renovation projects together in their first home.

Kelley Oaks RDH- Dental Hygienist

Kelley joined our team as a part-time hygienist in September of 2015 after she and her family moved back to Billings from Kalispell, MT. Kelley attended dental assisting and dental hygiene school at NWCC in Sheridan, WY. She worked as a dental assistant for a periodontist and endodontist for 3 years before going back to compete her bachelors degree in dental hygiene, and has worked as a hygienist for 7 years now. Kelley’s passion is in healthcare. She enjoys the interaction with her patients and feels it is very important to educate them about their oral health, which also has an impact on their overall health.

Kelley is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Assocation, as well as the Montana Dental Hygiene Association. She also stays involved by volunteering for the Sealant/School Screening Program.

Personal Life
Kelly was born and raised in Billings, MT where she met and married her husband of 7 years. They have three amazing children who keep them busy on a daily bases. In the summer they enjoy camping and hiking in the outdoors, and during the winter you can find them on the mountains skiing.
